There are keys missing, like home and end. Its not nearly as responsive as it should be, and you'll have a considerable amount of typos compared to a standard keyboard. While the system of recognizing which keys are being pressed is sketchy and often wrong, this keyboard is still absolutely stunning! Eventually you'll get used to it and can type considerably faster with less mistakes. If you have $200 to drop on a product because it 'looks cool' this is for you! One of my favorite features is how the little silver spot on the top is actually a really sensitive button that turns the keyboard off and on without turning the entire system off.
This works perfectly on both my laptop running Vista basic, and my desktop running windows 7 ultimate, also the bluetooth works fine on my laptop, my desktop doesn't have bluetooth, so i cant say it if works with windows 7 bluetooth but i would assume that it does. Overall, the practicality for speed typing is absolutely hopeless with this product, however i can honestly say, if i had a nickel for every time someone has said something along the lines of 'that's the coolest keyboard I've ever seen!' I'd be able to buy another one of these! This device is crap. Buy the I-Tech keyboard instead. At least that keyboard is truthful when it says it's a Bluetooth keyboard. This device is merely a hacked together proprietary protocol on top of a Bluetooth SPP profile, they don't even include standard Bluetooth HID support.
The only excuse for doing such a thing is absolute laziness of the developers. As I said, don't waste your money on this piece of crap that now acts as my personal paperweight since I've only gotten it to work for Android through hackery (I'm trying to port the old code from hidd to bluetoothd, it was abandoned when the switch was made.
