The only fix I have happens to come about is formatting the phone and then reflashing every partition. But in your case, since you only need to flash the recovery, I would suggest you format the recovery partition ONLY by specifying the format start address and length under “Manual Format” then reflash the recovery.img If you know how to read back then you should know how to specify the recovery size to be formated using the physical start address and the partition length!
