You should have received a short aerial cable to daisy chain the output from the first tuner to the input of the second. That is the normal way to connect them up, or if the signal is weak, you could use a 2-way booster and feed both tuners individually from that booster. Such an arrangement has nothing to do with TUTV. All Vestels PVRs have had this arrangement. It may not be streamlined, but it is flexible. Although perhaps the main reason they have this arrangement is that Vestel's chassis design is used not just for PVRs in the UK, but for Europe too and has many different applications (options for satellite, masthead amp powering, 2 different types of tuner, etc).
